Nicole is a RYT-200 hour certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher who has been practicing Yoga for over 6 years and teaching for almost 5 years.
As a proud wife and mother of 3 with a busy schedule and lifestyle, Yoga has brought peace to her life. Whether instructing or practicing, she is overjoyed to be able to share and encourage this experience with her students!
Nicole’s favorite pose is Dandayamana Janushirasana (standing forehead to knee), a pose that is strengthening for big mind and body and calls for a remarkable amount of focus, leaving and amazing sense of achievement for the student.
For Nicole, the feeling of accomplishment and peace that Yoga brings to life is the most important aspect of her own and her student’s practice. She looks forward to nurturing this sense of accomplishment with each of her students on the mat!
